Everything you always wanted to know about graduation ordering but were afraid to ask.

  1. What should my senior and I order?
    A package is the best way to maximize value and convenience and meet your grad's needs. All packages include Graduation Announcements, Namecards, and other graduation items. Packages were created to give you the essentials and make ordering quick, easy, and stress free. 
  2. How do my senior and I order a package?
    It's as simple as selecting the package you want to order in section 2 of the order
    form. Also, don't forget to select the style of Thank You Notes that you'd like in the style choice area of section 2.
  3. Do the announcements have my student's name on them?
    No. Announcements do not include the student's name. They are customized with the school's graduation information but Namecards must be ordered to identify the graduate. Slots for the Namecards are located in the announcement.
  4. What will the Graduation Announcement look like?
    Your Class of 2010 Graduation Announcement is custom designed for your senior's school. The custom announcement is printed in foil with your school's custom crest. Each announcement will include the date, time, and place of your commencement ceremony, a dedicated slot for your Namecard, and two matching envelopes. Announcements are included in all packages.
  5. What measurements do you need to order my grad's cap and gown?
    In section 4 on your order form we will need the student's gender, weight, and height (with shoes on). For cap size, your student's head measurement will either be personally determined by your Herff Jones Representative at the time of order taking in school, or a head-sizer will be included in your graduation packet to accurately measure your students head for a perfectly fitted grad cap (cap and gown measurements only apply to order forms with cap and gown info included).
  6. Can we order more products if we order a package?
    Yes. It's as easy as selecting the package you'd like to order in section 2 and then checking any additional items you'd like to order in section 3 and lines 1–4 of the “Extra Items” section.
  7. Do I need to add sales tax?
    Yes, be sure to add the state sales tax to your order after figuring your total.
  8. When and where can seniors pick up their orders?
    It varies depending on the school. Ask your Herff Jones Rep when pick-up day is for your son or daughter.
  9. What if my grad cannot order on order day?
    Talk to your Herff Jones Rep about making alternate arrangements.
  10. What if my senior doesn't graduate this year?
    Don't worry, you will receive a refund on all items not personalized or pre-delivered. So order your senior's cap and gown now to avoid additional fees and late order stress. All refunds must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed between June 1 and June 30.
